Summary: A team of five FLEX alumni developed and administrated a series of sessions for 100 youth in four cities in Armenia to develop public speaking, negotiation, and leadership skills among the participating high school students. During the project, the 100 selected participants took part in trainings on public speaking and later took part in competitions to test their skills and development. At the end of the project, participants are expected to open or initiate the creation of public speaking clubs in their schools where they can share their skills and expertise gained during the project.
