History of FLEX-Ability Conference:
FLEX-Ability conference was started in South Caucasus region back in 2010. The initiative came from three country directors in the region: Elvira Dana (Armenia), Amy Petersen (Azerbaijan) and Timothy Blauvelt (Georgia).
After successful four years of the project, country directors decided to expand the conference and take it out of the region.
The goal of the program is to teach active FLEX alumni Project Design and Management and in order to create successful projects for their countries and communities.
