FLEX Alumni Office is Recruiting for FLEX-Ability Conference in Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

History of FLEX-Ability Conference:

FLEX-Ability Mix

FLEX-Ability conference was started in South Caucasus region back in 2010. The initiative came from three country directors in the region: Elvira Dana (Armenia), Amy Petersen (Azerbaijan) and Timothy Blauvelt (Georgia).

After successful four years of the project, country directors decided to expand the conference and take it out of the region.

The goal of the program is to teach active FLEX alumni Project Design and Management and in order to create successful projects for their countries and communities. Successful four years has proven that FLEX-Ability Conference is able to achieve the goals. We have had numerous successful projects by conference participants. This year American Councils for International Education with the support form US Embassies in the region is holding two conferences: Central Asia FLEX-Ability and Eastern Europe FLEX-Ability Conferences.
