    American Councils is excited to announce the FLEX 20th Anniversary Celebration to be held in Tbilisi, Georgia November 1-3, 2013! FLEX 20th Anniversary Celebration is an event designed to help FLEX alumni from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia to Celebrate, Reconnect, and Pay it Forward! This 3 day regional conference will allow more senior and accomplished FLEX alumni to share both their community service experience and professional networking opportunities with younger alumni.

    Who will participate in the FLEX 20th Anniversary Celebration?
    FLEX alumni (18 from each country) will be selected based on this application by a panel including Country Directors, U.S. Embassy staff, and FLEX 20th Anniversary Celebration Coordinators.

    When and where will the FLEX 20th Anniversary Celebration take place?
    The FLEX 20th Anniversary Celebration will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia on November 1-3, 2013.

    How much does it cost to participate in the FLEX 20th Anniversary Celebration?
    Participation for selected participants and trainers is FREE the cost of transportation from Yerevan or Baku to Tbilisi, hotel, food, and workshop materials will be paid for by American Councils. However, participants may be asked to cover the cost of travel to the capital city of their countries.

    How can I apply?
    FLEX Alumni who would like to take part in the workshop should apply as participants and complete the ONLINE APPLICATION
    at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FLEX20
    by close of business on Monday, October 14, 2013.

    In addition, the following must be submitted by email to Country Director, Elvira Dana: e_dana@americancouncils.am by close of business on Monday, October 14, 2013:
    • A current CV or resume
    • A digital photo of yourself that you would like to share with other participants (It doesn’t have to be a passport photo – just a photo by which you can be recognized!).

    Late submissions will not be accepted.
