This webinar, led by FLEX alumna Zhibek Karamanova’03, will introduce alumni to the new DiningSmart initiative. Zhibek will speak about her experience with raising awareness on healthy eating in Kazakhstan and give alumni the necessary tools on how to work on healthy lifestyle projects in their communities as well as teach and motivate youth to be healthy.
Today the science is struggling to discover how to slow down the biological clock and prolong the human’s life. The reason why some people live longer and look much younger than their real age is certainly the diet, opportunities to choose and eat useful nutritious products, and most importantly the awareness of how to live long healthy life full of positive emotions.
Trainer Information: Zhibek Karamanova is FLEX alumna 2003 from Kazakhstan.
