On the weekend of January 14-15, 40 FLEX alumni living in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia attended a professional networking master class led by FLEX alumnus Denis Pimenov ‘00, owner of the Consul Marketing and Consulting agency and professional trainer. Alumni participating in the event developed their communication skills and learned how to adjust their communication in this fast-pace, professional world.
During the Communication from A to Z training, Denis explained that 90% of success in any sphere depends on accurate communication. He posed the question, “Do you have among your acquaintances those who easily start the conversation, find a common ground with their professors and the local traffic policemen, and seemingly achieve their goals without a single struggle? Those who seem to know everyone and everyone wants to meet them?” Alumni involved in the training learned how to adjust their communication to work with and communicate effectively with different types of people and practiced the approaches with their fellow alumni at the training.
For those FLEX alumni living in Kazan and the Upper Volga region, a repeat of the course will be held on January 28! Don’t miss out 🙂 Contact FLEX Alumni Program Coordinator in Russia Mariya Shishkina for more details at mentoringalumni@gmail.com and register for the event online at https://goo.gl/TZc858.
