In Dushanbe, Tajikistan on September 13, 15 alumni attended a reception together with other U.S. Government sponsored alumni at the residence of U.S. Ambassador to Tajikistan Susan M. Elliott. Alumni spoke with Ambassador Elliot and shared the impact of the program on their lives.
